This phrase is taken from our technique lesson. I wanted to add this to my blog becasue we only learnt this previously in the week and this is the first time it has been recorded. From this first video, I will be able to assess my own progress when we continue to go through this in the upcoming weeks. It will also be helpful for me to look back on in the future if I need to sraw from it as a resource or source of inspiration.
I enjoyed watching the phase that you performed and I think that it was good how all your movements flowed well. What did you find difficult within the phase?
