This week, we focused on the spheres and globes around the body. The are situated around the skull, ribs and hips as shown on the journal picture. We worked on a partner graphic to trace these spheres of the body. The lines were continual and intertwining between one another. I felt this represented how they all work together in unison.
Our attention was also brought to the solar plexus and how deep it sits within the body. I pictured mine and a black hole swirling around within my ribcage.
